About Us

We came together in 2008 asking ourselves “what if there was a refurbishment company that could deliver the finish of a project with the same enthusiasm they have for winning the contract?” We passionately believe in commitment to the craft of making incredible living and working spaces.

To deliver this we make sure each job has a dedicated project manager to ensure a coordinated approach throughout, with clear and open communication. And when we’re finished, it doesn’t finish there. We come back after 3 months to make sure everything has settled well and will fix anything that we feel isn’t up to our high standards.

Our Service Promise

At Lillie Bridge we are very aware of the typical problems clients face when dealing with building companies. That’s why we operate to a Service Promise.

  • 1.

We turn up when we say we will.

  • 2.

We finish well, handling all remaining snags, tidying up and leaving the property ready to be enjoyed.

  • 3.

We work to budget avoiding cost escalations or managing unavoidable ones with our clients.

  • 4.

Our people are friendly and well mannered at all times.

  • 5.

We return to each job after 3 months to ensure a lasting quality of finish.

What’s in a name?

Clients are often curious about our name. As a business rooted in South West London, we were inspired by the Lillie Bridge area in West Brompton.

Lillie Bridge Grounds is where the final game of the FA Cup was played in 1873, where cricketers, boxers and athletes pushed themselves to be the best they could be. Like those athletes, the craftspeople of Lillie Bridge work for excellence every day.

Typography

Our research into the Lillie Bridge Grounds led us to the late 19th-century printed matter. We saw an opportunity to bring this typography into the 21st century.
