Gloucester Terrace

Works completed in 2012.

The owner bought this building comprising of 6 apartments in very poor condition. Lillie Bridge were commissioned to renovate the entire building including repairs and cleaning to the external front & rear elevations. We also repaired the lift, installed a new roof and rewired throughout. To each apartment we installed new kitchens, redecorated throughout and replaced the flooring.

The refurbishment has brought the apartments up to a corporate rental standard and our client was thrilled with the results.
