Located in a prime location in the heart of London’s prestigious Chelsea area, Lillie Bridge were instructed to give this apartment a revamp. We laid new floors, including replacement of joist and relevelling subfloor as the previous floor was very uneven. We also replaced the kitchen units and worktop installing a modern Neolith marble effect worktop with sleek grey tiled backsplash. Finishing off with a full redecorate throughout including walls, woodwork and doors, the property is now bright and modern ready for tenant occupation.
